What is your relationship to trust?
I can say for me, I go through waves of trusting and not trusting.
As I work with this energy of Inner Trust, I am reminded to look back on my life and the choices
that I have made.
There are times that I have felt disconnected from my intuition, and that I was relying more on
logic and rational (sometimes irrational) thinking to get me through. The reality is, I have always
been connected to my intuition and it is always guiding and influencing my choices. The bigger
question is this…
Have I always listened to and trusted my intuition?
The answer is no.
I can, with clarity and honesty, pinpoint the times that I chose to ignore my intuition, resulting
in choices that led me down a more difficult and challenging path. This has been a tough and
painful lesson for me to learn.
Rather than trusting what I know to be true, I allowed my mind to take control with a need for
solid, concrete evidence and second-guessing along the way. This creates an air of mistrust in
my relationship with ME that overflows into and impacts other areas of my life.
Now I am not saying that we shouldn’t rely on facts and logic. We need them and they have a
very specific purpose. What I am saying is that we all have this innate Inner Knowing, what
some would call a gut feeling. It is that Inner Knowing that gives us a signal but then we choose
to ignore it or second guess it.
I am here to encourage you to begin to trust your Inner Knowing.
Trust is like a muscle, that when exercised, becomes stronger over time.
The more I learn to Trust that Inner Knowing that is innate within me, the more my life flows
with effortless ease.
If this resonates with you then I invite you to connect more deeply with your own intuition. Download my free meditation here to help you unlock and connect to your Inner Truth.
