I have felt for quite some time now, that we are all being invited to shift from an intellect (mind) based way of living, to a heart-centered style of leadership. You might say that this is a foolish and weak way to live. You might also be confused by what this truly means.
Simply put, to live a heart-centered life is to finally realize yourself as the authority of your own life, turning inward to your own soul for guidance, direction, and wisdom.
It is shifting from looking to others for your own personal Truth because no one other than you has the key to your Truth.
Moreso, it is about taking the time to tune in and really feel into the decisions you are making, and question your why.
Do you even know your why?
Are you consciously choosing in this moment, with purpose and intention?
Becoming fully present in your state of being is a process that you consciously choose to enter and it can take practice to tune out the external noise and focus on your inner wisdom. I gave some guidance on achieving this in this previous post.
Your inner wisdom is the key to unearthing your Truth, your heart-centered truth.
Connecting with your heart leads to an unshakeable knowing and you cannot think your way there. The mind is a valuable tool and it does have purpose. However, the true path to success comes from connecting with your heart and feeling your way through.
Allow your heart to inspire your choices and your actions. When your mind is aligned with your heart, life begins to flow with grace and ease.
Be loyal to yourself by integrating heart-based wisdom into your life, with love, honor, and grace.
Live your life with a deep reverence and loyalty to who you are.
Embrace who you are as a gift,
Know in your heart that you, my dear friend, are Pure Magic.
And So It Is, Blessed Be.
Tell me, have you connected with your heart’s truth? What processes helped you to connect more deeply with your innate wisdom and purpose? Let me know in the comments: it may help others on their journey.
