It is a state of mind, conscious or unconscious, that inhibits our ability to expand and grow beyond our current situation.
It is the thought or repeating behavior that keeps us from achieving our hopes and dreams.
It is a learned mechanism that places perceived limits on who we are meant to be in this lifetime.
If you accept a limiting belief, then it will become a truth for you.”

Limiting beliefs can be formed by our experiences in life, inherited through our upbringing, imprinted upon us by others and self-imposed. Regardless of why they exist, we have the power within us to change them into opportunities for profound growth and transformation.
Some examples of limiting beliefs are:
- I don’t have enough ___________ (time, money, experience, knowledge).
- I won’t ask for what I want because I might be rejected.
- I don’t say what I really think or feel because I will be judged.
- I am not worthy of being loved.
- I will never be able to do X because of Y.
- I am too old to pursue my dreams.
